Scratchy Phaser Pedal - Gav Tries To Fix (with video)

I built this phaser effects pedal about a year ago and I really like it. However, when I built my pedalboard studio to record Norli, the phaser was SOMETIMES working, but very noisy and scratchy. Intermittent… Sounds like a duff pot… Could I fix it?

I noticed that the Sweep pot was scratchy, could THAT be the fault?
