The main instrument I used in 2024 was the Polyend Tracker, which is amongst other things, a sampler. I’ve been making digital music since the early 90s. So why am I scared of samplers?

Acid chill hip hop. Is this what people mean by “Liquid bass”? I used the Polyend Tracker to “scratch” by flip-reversing and playing with the pitch of the samples. I produced this over a busy stay with my in-laws with the kids going crazy in the background. Inside my headphones though everything was calm!
